蛤他哪位？好吧沒關係，耐心聽小編娓娓道來，Tom Swoon 事實上為藝名，其本名為 Dorian Tomasiak，1993年生於波蘭，曲風以 Progressive House 見長，目前所屬唱片公司為 Ultra Records
Tom Swoon 很小很小便開始接觸音樂，14 歲，人生最叛逆的階段，熱衷於搖滾，甚至與朋友組了樂團，就這樣持續三年的 Rock Style 姿態；17 歲，人生的轉捩點，因緣際下會受到 Deadmau5 及 Daft Punk 兩組電音指標性人物的感染，他開始發現電音所蘊藏的奧妙，更感受到體內細胞與電音所產生的共鳴，從此便一頭栽進電子音樂的世界，一發不可收拾

起初，Tom Swoon 採取 On-job Training 的策略：「從做中學，才是最好的學習」，在閒暇之餘到鎮上的小 Club 放放音樂，那兒有著免費的機器任他使用，不僅培養各種混音技巧，更順便賺賺外快，一舉兩得，在存夠錢後，Tom 便自己買設備置於家中臥房，正式開啓他的創作之路
成功的開端，初嘗走紅滋味
2011年，Tom 在 Youtube 上以 Pixel Cheese 的名義 Mashup 了他的處女作，將 David Guetta 及 Avicii 的 Sunshine 搭配上 Jonathan Mendelsohn 在 Till Tonight 這首歌曲當中的好歌喉， 這個嶄新的火花成功吸引了近一百五十萬的點閱率，也成為至今最受矚目的 Bootleg 之一

爾後 Tom Swoon 開始乘勝追擊，陸續 Remix 了 Gareth Emery 那令人讚嘆不已的神作 Tokyo 及 NERVO 的 You’re Gonna Love Again 等名曲，Steve Aoki 及 Kaskade 也給他機會，人氣簡直是扶搖直上，2012年更被 Ultra Records 相中，正式成為旗下藝人，大咖們紛紛轉頭望向這潛力無限的小夥子，這讓小編想到棋靈王中倉田六段對塔矢亮說過的話：「別總是盯著前面的人瞧，後面的人 (進藤光) 追趕起來可是很可怕的！」

事實上 Gareth Emery 是第一位願意給 Tom 機會的製作人，在 Bootleg 他的另一支名曲 Mansion 後，GE 將它放到了自己的 Podcast 上公開讚揚這小夥子，而 Tom 這傢伙也不是省油的燈，立馬抓住這次機會毛遂自薦，積極爭取 Remix 當時的強檔歌曲 Tokyo
GE 也還真給他機會了，那結果呢？果然是不負眾望，他愛死這個版本了，甚至決定在他一手經營的唱片公司 Garuda 發行呢

You're Gonna Love Again 是 Tom 最後一次以 Pixel Cheese 的身份發行的歌曲，爾後正式改以“Tom Swoon”的名義活動，至於為何會有這樣的改變呢？EDM 線上雜誌 Magnetic Magazine 的訪問中他曾聊到：
「Tom Swoon 是一個知道自己未來方向的人，他是一個更成熟版本的 Pixel Cheese，當我還是 Pixel Cheese 的時候，我只是玩玩心態，那只是我放學下課後的消遣，不過在我簽到 Ultra Records 底下後，開始參與世界性的巡迴演出，我才真正看到這個世界長什麼樣子，這時候我便下定決心要改變自己，而 Tom Swoon 就是代表我決心的象徵！」

可以聽得出來 Tom 的混音功力已經被磨得相當純熟，這首 Avicii 的 Let Me Show You Love 更是一絕，比起原曲小編私心覺得這版本更讓人沉浸於旋律之中，深刻感受歌詞所表達的惆悵，無不令人陶醉啊！曾有人請 Tom 用三個詞語來形容自己的音樂，他答道：
“First thing is I want my tracks to be full of energy, lots of energy. Second is I want my music to be danceable, and most importantly I want it to be full of emotions.” by Tom Swoon

不過 Tom Swoon 卻表示，他想讓大家看到的是能夠獨當一面的自己，不只 Remix 他人的歌曲，更要能產出代表自己的音樂，我想這也是 Tom Swoon 這個新名字所繼承的意志吧！

明日之星，獨領風騷
在這麼亮眼的成績下，Tom Swoon 受到越來越多人矚目，Avicii 指名他擔任自己世界巡迴的暖場 DJ (當然 Tom 也表示這段旅程是 Avicii 讓他看見了一位 DJ 該做及能做的事，讓他成為自己的目標) 而 Steve Aoki 也在印度演出帶上了他、NERVO 稱他為“Breakthrough Artist DJ for 2012”、Poland Radio FTB 票選他為“Polish Breakthrough DJ of the Year”，他更被 MixMag 及 Billboard Magazine 評為“Artist to Watch for 2013”通俗講法就是

找上 Revealed Recordings 旗下漸漸栽培起來的新生代加拿大組合 Paris & Simo，旋律與歌詞彷彿有著鼓舞人的魔力，Verse、Predrop 到 Drop 之間銜接一氣呵成，當唱出“What are you waiting for?”這句時，將歌曲的氣氛引領至最高潮，這就是 Progressive 最令人著迷的魅力所在，聽著聽著也給猶豫不決的自己無比的自信心呢

與一首 Howl At the Moon 聞名的匈牙利組合 Stadiumx 一同打造的 Ghost，2014年 Tomorrowland 上 Nicky Romero 放過這首歌後詢問度可是爆表，深沈的 Bassline、高昂的旋律與那飄逸、輕柔感的 Vocal 美妙交織在一塊，甚至出現少有的男女對唱橋段，彷彿是人與靈之間進行的微妙對話，著實讓人印象深刻

First State 這 Trance 老團不曉得各位還記得嗎？他們歷經波折，團員來來去去，目前只剩始終不離不棄的團員 Sander van Dien 獨挑大樑在經營，5/28也將一同參與「日落春浪電子音樂節III」的演出，不過 Tom Swoon 會找上 Trance 掛的合作也挺令人驚喜的，看來他很積極嘗試各種不同創作風格的可能性，為自己增加人脈與經驗值

與新銳 DJ Kerano (前身為 North & South) 合作的歌曲 Here I Stand，他是第一位簽到美國電音大廠 Ultra Records 底下的印度人，Tom 自己將這首歌曲封為「Ahead Of Us 2.0」，甚至稱讚 Cimo Fränkel 是他合作過覺得最厲害的 Vocalist 之一，印度電子音樂領導品牌 WMS 負責人 Sharan Behl 及 Akshat Kumar 這麼形容這首歌：「這 Drop 融入柔軟的弦樂之聲，再搭配上漫不經心的吉他彈奏，這些聲樂效果就是有種魔力讓人不由自主跟著旋律哼唱、擺動身軀啊！」

Quentin Mosimann 是法裔瑞士籍的 DJ 兼製作人，被稱為當今最棒的五位有著法國血統的 DJ 之一，他最為人稱道的便是他傑出的表演方式，曾將 DJ 台拉到八米高並且向前傾斜70度來 DJing，相當有王者風範，他把這項霸氣的絕技稱為“Flying Turntables”，除此之外 MC、Vocal 更是樣樣行，是有名的“DJ Singer”，Tom Swoon 能跟他合作實在太令人驚喜了，而兩人所擦出的火花也是相當耀眼

此曲為今年瓜地馬拉 Empire Music Festival 的 Anthem，除了承襲 Jonathan Mendelsohn 極具穿透力道的嗓音外，歌曲在 Rework 後少了尖銳感，多了些柔和與平滑，而這也是 Tom Swoon 與瓜地馬拉籍的 DJ Ale Q 的二度配合，有主場優勢相信作為 Anthem 是再適合不過了(笑

Zulu 有祖魯人/祖魯語之意，一首相當有部落風味的 House 舞曲，近年這類風格的創作也越趨頻繁，說是有著人文風情吧，這類歌曲小編一直覺得相當迷人，像是 KSHMR 帶有印度喀什米爾風味、Wiwek 帶有 Jungle Terror 的熱帶雨林風味，亦或是 Sander van Doorn 的 Ori Tali Ma、Cuba Libre 及 Tribal 等歌曲都帶有這樣濃濃文化氣息的味道，實在相當有意思
Tom Swoon 這一年多來的創作真是曲曲都受到關注，曲曲都成為強檔，我們看得出來他對音樂的積極以及伺機而動的態度，不斷尋求各種合作機會，不管是前輩亦或是比他還新的新人，讓自己接受不同來源的刺激，我們常說：「機會是留給準備好的人」，此言不假，在嘗試與碰撞的過程中，除了能激發更多靈感外，更能為自己創造更多更多的機會，增加它的發生機率，而回到前面提到的，Tom 一直都知道如何「從做中學」，找機會與做準備是可以兩者同時進行的，當時機一到緊緊抓牢它的人就能往上爬！

除此之外，小編覺得 Tom 還有其他過人之處，便是「觀天象知人事」。「天象」部份我想前面已提到，他懂得洞燭先機、觀察趨勢；至於「人事」的部份，Tom 真的是個聰明的小夥子，他能感同身受，將歌曲 Remix 成完全不同脈絡的節奏，並且注入情感，展現獨特性與差異化，甚至也 Mashup 一般人想像不到的組合來創造話題，他也在2015年 DJ Mag 的訪問中大方承認：
